The cardiolife TEC-8300 defibrillator from Nihon Kohden is a portable biphasic defibrillator with advanced technology for continuous monitoring of vital parameters and critical life-supporting functions, enabling efficient care of cardiac patients in emergency situations.

FEATURES

The cardiolife TEC-8300 is equipped with functions and technologies that allow for rapid charging and shock delivery, easy operation, and efficient monitoring of cardiac patients. With its high-resolution 8.4-inch color LCD display showing up to 6 curves, you have all simultaneous measurements, such as ECG, pulse, CO₂, SpO₂, NIBP, IBP, and temperature, always in view. Thanks to these features and functions, you are immediately alerted to changes in the patient's condition and can make quick and precise decisions.

The cardiolife TEC-8300 also features an external pacemaker, AED function with single-use pads, as well as external and internal paddles that are easy to switch. A powerful battery allows for rapid charging up to 270 joules or monitoring for 3 hours. Defibrillation data can be displayed on a PC in the hospital with the ECG viewer software of the "Polaris.One" data management system or printed out with a thermal printer.

The defibrillator is equipped with MULTI connectors and the Smart Cable™ System, ensuring the monitoring of all key parameters. The type of parameter is instantly recognized and the measurement begins. It also features the original ec1 algorithm for arrhythmia analysis, which improves the accuracy of the analysis and reduces false alarms. The alarms are adjustable and, thanks to the MULTI connectors and the Smart Cable™ System, completely flexible.

INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGIES

Nihon Kohden's unique ActiBiphasic technology uses a special T-circuit that actively controls the second phase of the shock, ensuring a consistent pulse waveform. Defibrillation with the low-energy biphasic waveform results in less damage to the heart muscle while ensuring high defibrillation efficiency. The cap-ONE is the world's first CO₂ sensor that can measure EtCO₂ in non-intubated patients. By changing the airway adapter, it can also accurately measure CO₂ in intubated patients. It requires no complicated settings or warm-up times and thus delivers rapid results. The iNIBP and BluPro SpO₂ technology enhance patient comfort and clinical accuracy.
