GTC for Standalone Software Products

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply exclusively to our standalone software products. They apply only to software that is not integrated into or pre-installed on our medical devices or other hardware products. These GTC are for Nihon Kohden United Kingdom and Nihon Kohden Europe.

GTC for Devices - for Nihon Kohden products and software installed in them

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all products offered by Nihon Kohden as well as to the associated deliveries and services. They govern the conditions for the purchase, delivery and use of our medical devices, components and accessories. These GTC also apply to the extent that our products contain software integrated into or forming part of the product.

Nihon Kohden has published its Code of Conduct to transparently set out the fundamental values, standards of conduct and ethical principles of our company. The Code of Conduct defines the expectations for responsible behaviour by employees, business partners and other stakeholders across the entire value chain.

Nihon Kohden publishes  its Modern Slavery Act Statement to ensure transparency regarding the company's measures to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within its supply chain. The Nihon Kohden Group operates SpeakUp, a confidential whistleblowing system that enables employees and external partners to report concerns securely and responsibly. Through this web-based platform, users can report actual or suspected violations of laws and regulations, internal policies, or ethical standards. The system is accessible not only to employees but also to suppliers, service providers, and distributors, ensuring transparency and accountability across all business relationships.
