The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply exclusively to our standalone software products. They apply only to software that is not integrated into or pre-installed on our medical devices or other hardware products. These GTC are for Nihon Kohden United Kingdom and Nihon Kohden Europe.

They govern the conditions for the purchase, delivery and use of our medical devices, components and accessories. These GTC also apply to the extent that our products contain software integrated into or forming part of the product.
