Celltac G (MEK-9100)

The Celltac G, MEK-9100 is fully automated haematology platform offering up to 90 samples per hour and 33 parameters with micro sampling capability. It features a built-in rocking mixing, a Smart ColoRac Match system, and an integrated validation station with a touch screen. The analyzer has a reagent management system which is barcode controlled and a status indicator located in the front panel that clearly illustrates the different operating statuses of the analyzer.

The Celltac G Hematology Analyzer features DynaHelix Flow technology that perfectly aligns WBC, RBC and PLT cells for high impedance counting precision using advanced hydrodynamic-focused sheath flow before passing through the aperture. In addition, the DynaScatter Laser optical technology truly analyzes and differentiates WBCs in a near-native state. The innovative 3-angle scatter detector provides better detection of WBCs using precise light scattering measurement, providing highly accurate 3D graphic information calculated by the exclusive Nihon Kohden software algorithm.

COMPREHENSIVE PARAMETER REPORTING

The analyzer reports 33 parameters at once in just 40 seconds with only 40μL of whole blood. Newly added RDWI and Mentzer Index provide clinically valuable information for differentiating B-thalassemia trait possibility or iron deficiency anaemia possibility in microcytic anaemia cases. Additionally, both P-LCR and P-LCC parameters provide information for possible giant platelets, aggregation of platelets, or fragment cell presence, leading to faster clinical decision-making and more accurate diagnosis.

MICRO SAMPLING CAPABILITY

The Celltac G Hematology Analyzer is capable of analyzing micro-samples such as pediatric blood collected from the earlobe or fingertip, making it an ideal solution for true laboratory needs.

SMART COLORAC MATCH SYSTEM
