This foundational course is designed to equip service personnel with the essential IT and networking expertise required to support modern clinical environments. The curriculum provides a deep dive into hospital network infrastructure, security protocols (including access control, encryption, and wireless implementation), and regulatory compliance. Participants will master key concepts such as OSI models, IP addressing, and virtualization. Crucially, this training emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting skills using standard analysis tools and Windows commands, ensuring technicians can effectively configure, set up, and maintain secure medical IT systems.
