May 06, 2020 Product Tutorials: COVID-19 Material
In light of the recent outbreak of the COVID19, as we all know, Central Europe has been one of the most affected regions. The pandemic has also increased the demand for products and after sales support all around Europe, and it was getting notoriously harder to follow up all individual requirements and specific questions.
In order to handle the situation in a smarter way, we decided to create a series of tutorial videos for products in high-demand on hospitals during these hard times. With the help of these videos that cover the most Frequently Asked Questions, we hope to be able to respond efficiently to several requests at the same time.
The videos consist of a clear step-by-step tutorials that cover all the basic functions of each product, they will be between 10 and 15 minutes long and will include subtitles in all European Languages.
